Q. How do I know if a website is secure?

This is shown by the Amazon webstore logo at the footer of our website and during the checkout process. Amazon’s Webstore uses High-grade SSL encryption for our shopping cart. This allows you to transact with us with confidence that your personal information and payment details are kept secure. You are protected by Amazon’s world-class internet security when you order from us

Q. Do you provide expedited shipping?

Yes, we do.

Rush Delivery (2-3 business days)

For an additional charge we can ship most in-stock items via Rush delivery (2-3 business days for delivery).Please contact us for a ship quote at sales@xoticbrands.com or call us at 1-657-229-2763.

Orders must be quoted and approved by 2:00 p.m. CST to ship that day (subject to credit card approval).

Overnight Delivery

For an additional shipping charge we can ship most in-stock items overnight. (orders placed on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday)Please contact us for a ship quote at sales@xoticbrands.com or call us at 1-657-229-2763.Orders must be quoted and approved by 2:00 p.m. CST to ship that day (subject to credit card approval).

Q. I don't live in America. Can I still order from XoticBrands?

A. Yes. We try to have very reasonable rates even for International shipments. We are now offering international shipping and we will use First Class International for all shipments under 4 pounds. We use UPS Ground for heavier shipments for Canada and Puerto Rico. Heavier shipments to other countries might get too expensive, but we can look into it on an individual basis. If you have a special questions or really want expedited, please e-mail us at: sales@xoticbrands.com and we will answer you back.

Q. Can I order more than one thing from XoticBrands and have it all shipped together for a reasonable shipping charge?

A. Absolutely. We strive to have low shipping rates. When you are buying an item from us, look for where it says "The XoticBrands Storefront in bolder letters. If you click on that, you will see every single item we sell on Amazon and you can load up the cart for a reasonable shipping cost! Just keep going back to our Storefront to be sure you are buying from XoticBrands

Q. Can you ship my order to my office or business address?

A. Sure. If you would like that, please send an immediate e-mail directly to us at sales@XoticBrands.com so we know to deliver it there. Know that it is possible for us not to get notification before we ship it out, though. We tend to ship very quickly!

Q. Can I call and talk to someone at XoticBrands?

A. Yes. Call either 657-229-2763 and we will be glad to answer your questions. Since we are not a large company, it is not always possible to tend the phones. Please leave a message and we'll phone you back. And remember, e-mailing us at sales@XoticBrands.com is often faster.

Q. I am buying items from XoticBrands and I want you to ship them to the person getting the gift and not to me. Can you do that?

A. Yes.. Just let us know. We are happy to help.
